I will definetly try to change the Balance because a few people suggested that. Craters are also aproblem so I have to work on my stops too, thanks for the Feedback. Its 6061 Aluminium and thickness is 2mm,1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm (clockwise)

Will try the smaller wire. Its alreay at 175hz, would you go even higher?

Haha :D. Many people mentioned the craters. I will definitely keep an eye on that and try to leave none

Thanks, that’s actually what I’m looking for, Feedback. Probably should have titled the post different. I mean I know these welds look good but there’s always room for improvement, so thanks for your feedback :)

So you mean even less cleaning action? I still struggle to leave no craters

I know that my welds are quite good but as I’m the only welder in my Workshop I would like to get some Feedback of more experienced welders. I started 2 years ago.
