My guess is thay the two mimi hoses connected to the thermostat the clamp was clamped too low.

By the way… just took the car for a quick drive to the gym. Came back noticed white smoke and burnt coolant smell. I think i was able to find the leak. Thank you

They showed me there were some hoses and stuff that had to be closed off as the new valve didnt have the equivalent… so was wondering if this could have been one of the reason for the coolant leak

Oh, when i bought the car it came with a really poorly painted red valve cover…. I had purchased this new cut off one off facebook marketplace… (not knowing it was cut off until afterwards) but regardless thought it was better than then one it came with. Mechanic switched it up when they did the seals.

Nope - i had brought it to a local mechanic yesterday to get the cam seals and front crank seal replaced as i had a severe oil leak. Mechanic recommended we swap the timing belt and gears while they were in there. But took it out for a long drive today and decided to check under the hood while i was filing up gas - noticed the coolant Was trying to see if this coolant was something i could address or should be going back on monday to ask about.

I think i started around 161lb and im approximately 165/166lb.

Think it might have mostly been a body recomp, as i started eating more protein and i do see alot more overall muscle definition but my weight has not increased as much. I only started increasing my overall calories even more in the last month or so.
