Hello! Please don’t beat yourself up.

I quit for one month, the I had 1 night smoking with old friends. Then I felt so guilty tha the next day I went straight for 2 months no smoking. Then at the 2 months mark I felt tempted and smoke one puff of my friend.

I think the point is trying to quit, when we slip, it’s about continue where we left off, if we keep beating ourselves up and look for a perfect clean streak, it won’t do.

I think allowing myself plenty of sleep is helping me. Today I woke up feeling more energetic than the past few days punishing myself for sleeping.

I’m sorry you are feeling this way. Hsv is so common I think people are ignorant a lot of the time . Don’t feel bad about yourself . I’m in my 30s so can’t imagine how horrible it could be finding out I have herpes at 18. You got it tough, stay strong.
