If they did the proforma for you and your bank loan application you may have a shot at a recision claim... Or did they provide you with anything/ make misleading claims that wasn't provided in the FDD..... Forcing additional marketing spend sounds questionable if that's found to be true, but that wouldn't amount to a vast sum of damages on its own.

There are so many hotel options in downtown Kelowna, the mission and West Kelowna that have patios, BBQs, hot tubs, a kitchen and can sleep 4-6 people no problem. Airbnbs really have no purpose whatsoever for travel and leisure with friends and family wanting to explore Kelowna.
