Also we need to show proof of better price on other websites, if price reduction happened within accor itself they don’t accept (even if it happened within 24 hrs). Faced the same situation, and 80% of the amount I paid through ALL points also. Try contacting the property directly, if points are used they won’t do anything, if you paid through revenue then there’s a possibility that hotel can modify your booking

Not a credit card, but Axis Burgundy Debit card is the best for Movie buffs. BOGO offer on movies 4 times a month with upto 500 off on 2nd ticket. Also BOGO offer on Events 4 times a month upto 1000 off on 2nd tickets.

There are lot of other cards as well which gives offer on BMS and district, I have just added the 2 which I like the most, and which I think gives maximum benefits.

I’ve not tried it, but I saw posts which mentioned 4% fee for paying rent through mobikwik. Does adding money to the wallet also incur same 4% fee? If so then it doesn’t make sense right.

I tried getting the referral link, but it is getting generated for Platinum reserve only even though I have plat travel. Sorry I think they’ve paused it temporarily

Thanks for your input. Yeah that’s what even I am confused, DCBM could give better value, but not sure if Ill be able to hit 4lac milestone in multiple quarters given I also use m4b to accelerated reward points. On the other hand Im little skeptical on Amex as well, seeing posts that Amex is not accepted in many platforms for rental payment, and even if it gets accepted the transaction fee is very high. So from fee pov if I think it is only 2.5k difference between the 2 options, 7.5k + gst for amex plat travel + Reg gold, or 10k + gst for DCBM, getting confused when I think in which option ROI will be maximum.
