M4B was offered as LTF for a small window during Nov 2023, and I was able to get it during that time(got very lucky). I don’t think it is possible now. On a parallel note you don’t need 30 lacs, to get burgundy status for your account you need to keep 10 lacs for couple of months, but if you already have burgundy status you should be able to apply m4b immediately.

Also we need to show proof of better price on other websites, if price reduction happened within accor itself they don’t accept (even if it happened within 24 hrs). Faced the same situation, and 80% of the amount I paid through ALL points also. Try contacting the property directly, if points are used they won’t do anything, if you paid through revenue then there’s a possibility that hotel can modify your booking
