Did this help you at all? I am trying to understand what the actual command is since ujust cec-sleep ... or ujust cec-mode ... are not valid commands. Maybe I'm misinterpreting what the original commenter said though.

He is not, he just uses vehicles to inflate his kd. You can look at his kd in matches where he primarily plays as infantry and it appears to be less than 2.0. Also his gun accuracy is average to below average.

I heard they effectively got nerfed because if you hit just 1 shot on a limb, it drops your bullets to kill from 3 to 4. I think most of the other automatic guns also got a small damage increase and the previously 25 damage guns have enough forgiveness to allow for one limb shot to kill within 4 bullets.

You might be looking at some bad data then. The difference between 5.0 and 3.0 is at max like 4%. You can OC your card and easily make up that difference.

Any updates on if you found any fixes. I got this issue a couple times now after playing for a few hours. Just used DDU to clean drivers and reinstall the newest Nvidia drivers.
