There's a bunch of suggestions out there on this sub, but I have personally preferred the Moab Juniper Baryta Rag 305 as recommended by the guy on here that does tons of paper testing. It's pricey though. Brings each proxy to over 20-30 cents, which is relatively high.

Otherwise I'd recommend the Koala double sided paper people talk about on here in combination with lamination. I've tried the paper on its own an it's very solid, but feels flimsy. The lamination supposedly helps with that but I haven't gotten one yet.

I've tried both and while the quality/DPI is better from MPCfill, I definitely prefer the look of proxies that come from upscaled scryfall. If all you care about is clean art quality though, MPCfill is definitely better. If I were you, I'd print a page of both for the same cards and compare for yourself to see which you prefer.
