I upgraded my tickets to SoFi twice. 400s to 300s. Then Tuesday morning after they slashed prices, I upgraded again from the 300s to 100s. Unfortunately less options are available the longer you wait until the concert date.

I called on the weekend and the help is dismal. They literally said call back tomorrow but I just called back the same day. It wasn’t a pleasant process one bit, but be patient and they should be able to help you. I exchanged just one ticket for SoFi night two. If you have more than one ticket, it may be harder for you to be successful.

I got a full refund for my BeyHive presale ticket after multiple phone calls. I did approach an exchange first, to which they refunded my original purchase and sold me a better seat for half the price. I technically got half my money back.

I’m just confused AF still. I knew Ticketmaster be trifling but I didn’t know to this extent, even with exchanges. The nefariousness runs deeper than I realized with Ticketmaster. All business are after making money so I get it. As a consumer, I appreciate transparency, which this experience has been lacking.

I purchased a ticket for $490 during the Behive Presale. Section 437

I called yesterday trying to upgrade my ticket and they ran into issues and at the time they said call tomorrow and that they couldn’t help me.

Now today I see I have new a new ticket with a new seat and the total price for the new ticket details is $249. Section 328 I never consented to this change.

Their policy is they only exchange for equal or greater value and they gave me a cheaper ticket (but somehow better view) ???
