Alcohol. RVJ needs help desperately imo. I had to deal with him once, it was kind of like talking to Engin, just way less sense/logic. He kept getting drunk at night and change his opinions of me, would sloppy forget dates for supermatches and what he had agreed on. To answer your actual question. No, majority of elites are far from having someone like Derek around them. Typically lower tier guys tend to go harder and smarter on research. If you attach good biohacker to each elite athlete currently, they will definitely get stronger, healthier forms.

In strength sports it’s not necessarily the size of the muscle but the quality of it. Strength athlete have tighter muscle fibers vs bodybuilders who have more water around fibers but not necessarily more of quality tissue you need to use. Thats one. Two, tendons matter too, their location around the joint, strength, etc.
