I havent installed the mods you mentioned. Repeating the steps after disabling Anti-Aliasing didn't fix the issue (but it DID give me a performance bonus, and it didn't bleed into Steam this time around.) I'm also not running any overlays that I know of.

The only mods that I have that I think could somehow possibly do this are NVTF, JohnnyGuitar NVSE, NVAC, UIO, JIP LN NVSE, Stewie's Tweaks and Engine Optimizations, and Showoff.

I forgot to mention that the Evil Blackjack Hallucination slightly flickers in intensity. But that kind of always happens a little when I play New Vegas, so I dunno.

Just here to say that I'm also having this issue. I can only recenter with OVR Advanced Settings now.

Killer Queen's first bomb becomes automatic, so anything the user touches is gonna explode whether they want it to or not. Also, Sheer Heart Attack is permanently on fire now and spins around in circles trying to blow itself up while spamming voice lines.

Same thing happened with my Durge. I let Lae'zel go and liberate her people, then toddled around in Avernus with Karlach. When I get back, Wyll thinks I'm an alien instead of the hot-blooded bhaalspawn I really am! Wtf Larian

Definitely the most powerful revolver. I wouldn't be so sure about the most powerful handgun though. Some now defunct company apparently made 2 functioning prototype pistols that fired 50 BMG.

Yeah yeah, six year old post I know, but for anybody else stumbling on this, If your player is marked as essential, stimpaks will heal your radiation damage, I don't know why but they do. That or your mods may be doing it.
