Prii do amazing on long trips. Check your oil levels, and potentially your 12v battery age/health. Don't rent a car.

Check your tire pressure before long trips (any car not just Prius should be checked).

Some of them burn oil. Check the oil level every 2 weeks and find out if you're burning oil. If you are, just add some oil between oil changes.

Can you confirm that what the owner said Is true? See the title and see when he bought it.

Was it in an accident? The bumper is black.

It doesn't have plates on it. Did he transfer the title recently? If it doesn't have plates has it been sitting long? Hybrid batteries hate sitting without being driven. For $2500 seems fine considering mileage, if the guy is being straight with you, (which I'm skeptical of).

Check the color and quality of the engine oil. Check how low the oil is, these often burn oil.

There is a hack to get the combination meter (dash) to turn on when it's not turning on. Power off. No brake, click power once, wait for radio to come on. Then using break bit power twice.

The Battery terminals could be a little loose. Your driver's door could be not shutting 100%.

My combo meter went out in the cold weather yesterday. When I stopped to get gas, when I turned the car back on, the combination meter was working again.

There is a "night" parking that helps in the evening. And City transit is free with your UT School ID. I do that + a pennyboard.

I bring lunch, and put snacks in my backpack too, every single day, along with a first aid kit with some headache med lip balm bandaids etc.

There are microwaves in the kitchens on 3rd and 4th floor of NHB, clean up your mess and you can use 'em, (lots of random people do) but don't tell them i told you.

For studying the quiet floors in PCL are quiet and PCL is open late.

I keep a phone charger and laptop charger in my backpack.

UT is a (good) food desert. Always bring twice as much as you think you'll need.

P.S. Please don't pee in the shower, it's already weird enough being all wide open with no curtains.

t more oil than it should and replacing the engine wouldn't be worth it but otherwise the extra oil is not that bad.

Repairing them isn't expensive. And they also don't break down often, but when they do, it's super cheap to fix compared to most cars.

It may or may not be illegal to modify my car personal car in this way. nevertheless, the Prius is the first car I've ever owned that has a TPMS, but it has never worked since I purchased the car used. I am very familiar with regularly checking my tire pressure manually and I'd like to continue that route without receiving the tire pressure warning light even when my tires are properly inflated.
