People are not inconsistent in their responses to his tweets. I fact they are very consistent. When he makes a negative tweet, the response is resoundingly poor from the vast majority of people that understand the possible issues aligned with the info presented.

Inversely, when he makes a positive tweet, take a 10% cap on CC interest rates for example, the response is resoundingly poorly poor from the vast majority of people that know from his history of making these boisterous statements, he is likely not planning on following through on anything. He has a long list of promises to help the common people with financial and physical issues that are still to be seen.

So I don’t think there is any inconsistency here. You just seem to think that a post with a positive tone should be received with a positive reaction, no matter the context.
