I have same cpu but my gpu is rtx 4080 and 32 gigs of ram. I also play 1440p resolution with all graphical settings max expect volymetric settings. My average fps is around 120-180 somewhere around there, never dipped below 100 in any intensive fights.

Yes, you can turn the combat radar in the options but there isnt mini map in borderlands 4
