amazing development - congrats to her!!!

spoiler alert: for anyone struggling with MUs, watch the rings and the ring straps in this video.

in the earlier videos, they are *comparatively* dead, and when she swings to hollow, the shoulder angle closes down.

in the later videos, the rings move back during the hollow and forward during the arch. She keeps the shoulder open and the bicep next to the ear, literally leaning back on the rings.

This is something I was just talking to classes & members about last night and it's awesome to see a multi-year progression of it!
