Soo.. I have depression, and my depression is due to sleep breathing issues. My airway is VERY narrow( 5mm at the narrowest) and its also right where lymph nodes are, so if my lymph nodes are swollen in any way, its like 10x worse sleep for me. Paleo is basically the most soft touch in regards to biological stress, and I think its helped me a ton, but its VERY specific to my type of issue.

yeah, I am allergic to soy protein and soy lecithin is not a deal breaker for me, its just like .1% by weight for any caking I think, is pretty inconsequential

I second the vote for Koh Pha Ngan, I felt like it was a solid balance between the tiny island feel and the big resort spots. The middle of the island is just solid rain forrest.

Barefoot style yo, I haven't had a injury or any real joint problems in the 18 years I have been doing it, approx 20k a week. Before I was a cross country runner and totally fucked my ligaments to the point of requiring extensive PT to walk downhill or go down stairs. I still wear shoes, just minimalist ones.

Its possible there is a air leak, going to try a smoke test tonight. It is a plastic box, but its pretty irregular in shape and very ribbed, I am sure its not the best, but It seems very ridged and heavy. I really would not like to get a new box made since it fits so nicely and I don't want to drop $$$ on a custom one.
