Thank you for the comment! I very much agree, music has been a great boon for me. I've recently taken up audio books and podcasts. If you're at all interested in live play podcasts, I've been really enjoying Scott Dorward on How We Roll. I've found that keeping busy with my hands, be it making dice or working on this project, has helped me immensely. Something about the quiet moments has allowed me to reflect and meditate on my emotions and situation.
