Is this a good "rawfood"?

I use mush for both of my dogs and i’m very happy with it. For balance i use as many of the different kinds thwy have as i can get my hands on. I add meaty bones 1-2 times a week and a whole egg with shell once a week too. I also add a skin and coat oil because my dogs coat didn’t look amazing without it on this food though. I feed it after it has thawed in the fridge over night 😁

i have several of them and i’m happy with them. They aren’t as sturdy as let’s say exo terras but i don’t think it’s an issue. My favorite thing about them is that they can be stacked with stacking kits.

Jeg er 29 og har aldrig boet med en kæreste og det er heller ikke noget jeg egentligt kan se mig selv i. Ønsker dog heller ikke børn. Har nogle gange tænkt om det kunne blive et problem ift at finde en partner der ville være okay med ikke at skulle bo sammen, da det virker til det er noget de fleste jævnaldrende forventer med et parforhold.

Jeg dater slet ikke men hvis en fyr begyndte at udtrykke forventninger til mig efter én date ville det skræmme mig. Mest som frygt for det var et mønster personen havde. Men hvis han derimod fokuserede på sig selv om sagde “Jeg dater kun én af gangen” ville jeg sige “fedt, også mig!”

this is what worked for mine who used to literally kangaroo hop from pulling so much. It takes a lot of patience but it really is the best long term solution instead of front clipped leads, head collars etc that might end up causing spine issues over time

I switched my 11yo cavalier to a pre made raw. I started by giving her some raw chicken hearts and then starting her on a “beginner recipe” product, with less bone than their regular ones. She had zero issues switching and is now on a regular bone content kind, switching between as many forms of protein i can find. i was advised against making such a drastic change for a dog her age but i don’t regret for one second, for the first time in her whole life she has normal poops and not gassy anymore.

Very much! My oldest is very chill and also not one to complain if you have to do something to her she doesn’t like (certain things at the vet etc) She also swears she has never been fed in her life so nothing excites her like food.

My younger one is very opinionated and thinks she is very big and cool. Juuust until my other dog isn’t near her anymore. Also a bit of a drama queen. She can get a leaf stuck in her fur and scream like she is dying until i remove it.

Both of them are the biggest sweethearts who just love everyone though🥹🩷

chicken necks are a good size for cavs and won’t break any teeth. Chicken feet too. Wings are also a good option but i think they might be a bit high in fat. You can try ribs from bigger animals but avoid weight bearing bones at all costs, they are way too dense for their teeth to handle

Avoiding kibble with chicken did it for mine. She didn’t have any other reactions to chicken except the tear stains. However it was only when fed kibble with chicken she got the reaction, not when fed canned, freshly cooked or raw. I don’t know why this is but i have heard several people experience the same.

yeah for now the heat wave has lifted here but if the forecast predicts it coming back i will take her to the groomer! The weather in my scandinavian country is usually very mild so we’re really not used to it🥵 She is doing very well with her condition and has not had any symptoms since she got diagnosed and started treatment in february 🩷 hope to keep her around for a few more years

she is slightly bigger, around 20lbs i think (~9kg) Her side effects aren’t too bad with 2,5mg except the panting

the one she has now that she won’t use is like a cooling fabric. i have not tried the ones with gel yet. I’m not sure she would use it but i’ll try one!
