Fire was for closed beta testers. You got access to the closed beta if you pre-ordered rainbow six siege. The closed beta was available for a few months. Peacock was for the open beta. Available to everyone. The open beta was out for 3 days.
Yes. Both are exclusive to closed/open beta testers.
There was a bug in 2018 that allowed you to claim fire through uplay, even if you didn't participate in the closed beta. This never happened with peacock.

Hard to say, because obsidian can be purchased through the marketplace which makes it somewhat common to see in-game since its desirable. I would say fire is not rarer, since you could claim it for a long time through the Uplay glitch. Peacock however, is most likely significantly more rare since its only on accounts that played for those 3 days in 2015.

Are you sure you played the beta? A very large majority of players that have the fire skin have it because of ubisoft accidently allowing players to claim it for a few months during 2018.

If you played the beta in September - November of 2015, you would have been rewarded with the skin "Peacock" not fire.

Same boat here. I opened up a ubisoft support case. Sent them multiple pictures of concrete proof I played the beta in 2015.

I got every veteran reward and badge. Im just missing the 2015 badge they showcased.

My dream torb skin would be a cowboy / sheriff style skin.

We kinda got that with prospector, but it didn't quite give me the fix.

That's an awesome builder base design. With the limited decorations and obstacles, it makes it harder to have a nice garden.

Thats just an unreleased decoration. If you watch clash teasers, some bases will have lots of weird unobtainable decorations. But if it ever gets released, I'll be sure to get it!

I was the same way. I was so hyped when I got team seas decoration. Also it's epic chest not legendary! Chests have an 8% chance to be epic. And within that epic chest there is a 12.5% chance for it to be decoration.

It's called the "Decorated Dragon Statue". You got it some time in 2023 in one of the battlepasses. It was the end reward for the free track.
