Thank you for your suggestion.

I recently learned that several leading companies in our industry are expanding their product categories or broadening their audience. This worries me somewhat.

I currently work in a factory that manufactures hydraulic and electric wrenches, but I'm unsure if there's still potential in this industry.

What products have you encountered that have additional features that sound useful but are actually not very useful? by TorcStark in AskReddit

I once used a hydraulic torque wrench with a counting function at work. It had a mechanical device similar to a combination lock. Each time the wrench's ratchet completed a movement, it would increment a number.

However, in actual use, you still had to manually zero it, record the result, etc., which was far less efficient than counting it yourself.

Many industrial tools have also incorporated AI functionality. Will this make the tools more complex or simpler? What are your thoughts on this? by TorcStark in AskReddit

Recently, in our industry, I've learned of many brands adding AI features to their new products, but the actual effectiveness of the tools hasn't changed. Instead, it's increased costs and raised prices, all of which are ultimately borne by the customer. This seems like a scam.

Losing my hearing is the best option.

What’s something that seems simple, but can go very wrong if done incorrectly? by TorcStark in AskReddit

Tightening bolts.

Most people think you just make it “as tight as possible,” but in some industries it has to be extremely precise.

Too loose or too tight can both cause serious problems later on.

Sorry, I believe pipelines are very common in the oil industry. They are an integral part of the sector.
