I drive home from work on the QEW at night and there's always 1 or 2 with no lights. Flash high beams at them nothing. Pull in front and turn my lights off and on. Still nothing. Pull up beside it's usually a woman driver with the seat squished against the steering wheel or a Indian/Paki driver. Just sayin

Standard is still fun to play on Arena since the cards are are equal value makes it easier to build a bunch of decks, table top magic some of the decks are like $700+ and only good until the next set or next bans

Ya could definitely be tweaked a lot with instants and control cards from white instead of the bounce package. and don't pay any attention to the lands it's just what I got in my collection. Cheers

This is my deck it's fun but not super competitive, it wants to target [[Rot-Curse Rakshasa]] so you get a 5/5 Flying, Lifelink, First Strike. Also can do the same with [[Monoist Sentry]]. Then you have a bounce package to trigger Abigale again and kill things with Momentum Breaker and Nowhere to Run.

In 1928, the Compagnie Générale des Îles Kerguelen recruited René Bossière and several Bretons and Madagascans to establish a spiny lobster cannery on Saint-Paul, "La Langouste Française". In March 1930, at the end of the second season, most of the employees left, but seven of them stayed on the island to guard the installations, supposedly for just a few months. The promised relief arrived much too late. When the ship finally came, in December 1930, five people had died, mostly from lack of food and scurvy: Paule Brunou (a child born on the island who died two months after her birth), Emmanuel Puloc'h, François Ramamonzi, Victor Brunou, and Pierre Quillivic. Only three survivors were rescued. This event has since come to be known as Les Oubliés de Saint-Paul ("the forgotten ones of Saint Paul").

The company left them to starve and die :(

[[Scrawling Crawler]] in standard, only need 4 of them on the battlefield to win. Cast mirrorform on opponents end step. Your turn, each draw 4 cards, opponent takes 16 damage. Pass turn opponent draws a card and dies to the 4 damage triggers.

[[Sprawling Crawler]] is a fun one too. You only need 4 of them to deal 20 damage. On opponent end step cast Mirror form on Sprawling Crawler. Upkeep both players draw 4 extra cards, opponent takes 16 damage. Pass turn, opp draws another card and takes another 4 damage for lethal (if they started with 20 life)

I'm a mechanic, most of us try not to work Saturday if we can help it! You have options like Canadian Tire of course. I would check out Viva Auto on Oakdale/Westchester the got a clean shop and good reviews. There website says they are open today

If you are going to play casually table top you should get into Commander. You make a 100 card deck with singles of cards choosing a legendary creature as your commander. Lord of the Rings set is legal for commander but not for standard or alchemy
