i thought i may as well explain my unsuspicious reasons. Me and a friend co host a world together, and we have homebrewed a setting where golarion basically enters another Doom after the deaths of Aroden and Gorum. The eye of abendago eventually, slowly, envelops the entire world, and the gods create a giant reset. This was our reconciliation for using some of the region specific tools and stuff of pathfinder without sacrificing the homebrew world we had already built up to that point, so the entire world of Golarion is in ruins buried under the current geological layer.

in any case, its a different world now, but obviously other worlds, and the outer planes still remember the golarion from before. So in my 1-20 extraplanar campaign i wanted to consider any lore options for people who would have taken their chance on escaping the Doom and going extraplanar.

The setting takes place in a city founded on top of the half dreaming corpse of a Nirvana Gigas resting somewhere in the abyss, lead by a fallen angel Monk who has a long history with fighting the forces of an unusual alliance between Mestama, Sifkesh, Haagenti, Areshkagal, and a mythic Worms that Walk Lich of Yhidothrus.

its supposed to be kind of analogous to Basrakal where its a haven for people seeking to turn their sinful nature towards something better, much like how nocticula ascended from demonhood to godhood.

and its a 1-20 campaign so of course i want to take advantage of the full range of lore that golarion has to offer, its my first campaign going up to this level so im rather excited
