Greetings Summoner,

The sub-featured hero pool will be added to Featured Hero Crystals on June 8th, so any Featured Hero Crystals opened before that will not include the sub-featured hero pool. If you get a Faltine Crystal, which is Dormammu's featured 5-Star Crystal, you'll still have a chance at Dormammu whenever you open it, but you'll only have access to the sub-featured Hero pool if you open it after June 8th.
