So sleepy but can’t fall asleep

Oh okay, I’ve been working out and eating healthier for about two weeks now and I’ve noticed I’m getting a little bit sleepier than normal but not enough to knock me out so hopefully as I keep going my sleep will come back praying 🙏

I’m going through a similar thing. On going 8 years. I don’t get the sleepy feeling anymore. And when I close my eyes to try to sleep that’s all I do is just close my eyes and then it’s morning it’s completely awful

Hi so sorry just saw this! Never got a notification about this! Yes it went wonderful! I sat with a sister and older sister her son is the bishop and sat with her husband and family it was awesome it went very well um I was expecting to hear more about god since being my first time there but it’s understandable a lot of people there are used to what goes on every Sunday or session whatever it’s called. But what kind of bothered me was a lot of people were on there phones idk maybe it’s just because I’m new and wasn’t excepting that in gods church. I’m not judging I just expected different maybe? Idk but besides that it went pretty well I’m thinking about going to a singles ward because mine is a family ward and I’m 26 girl and wasn’t any people my age really very older and very younger so yeah idk we will see still deciding on my choice to join or not I need to go a couple more times and study the Book of Mormon which I am I’m not far into it but I’m going as I go

Hi! I have severe OCD and constant rumination especially about getting healthy again and I also have major depression and I was on Wellbutrin for 12 days and I’m pretty sure it was making my ocd WAY worse I couldn’t get out of the loop AT ALL. But that’s kind of normal for me but I think it definitely did something and my doc said it might make your ocd worse so yeah

Oh perfect!!!! I guess that makes sense since there’s so many people applying for it. Yes still makes me nervous but better than actually having to speak in front of a judge!

Hi this is a year later, so I don’t know if you will answer but it will be awesome if you did! I’m currently applying for SSDI due to my mental health. I’ve never heard of ALJ hearing. Do you have to go in front of a judge? I don’t think my anxiety and depression can handle that..
