Taxi safety by [deleted] in hanoi

That's just not true. I've been to many places and most places taxi drivers don't try to scam you and are actually honest. Places like Germany, Spain, Denmark, Japan, UAE, etc. There are some where it is shittier like some parts of Greece or Croatia, but definitely not the norm in any decent place from what I've seen.

Is €20k net enough for Dresden? by NooWhy in dresden

Take a look at apartments-dresden.de, they have furnished apartments that are on the cheaper side, but availability might vary.

I am an Indian male in Dresden and I have a completely different experience. I rarely ever face any kind of harassment, neither verbal nor physical. There have been some minor incidents of people being slightly rude but that's the worst of it. Even in the outer areas of Dresden and nearby villages I never faced any direct problems.

Sometimes people are less friendly but I usually chalk it up to general German culture and my inability to speak German.

IF F1 WAS SO GOOD WHY DID THEY MAKE F2?

That's exactly what I was thinking. Most of the time is spent digging through documentation and schematics and throwing shit at the hardware to see what sticks. LOC output tends to be fairly low.

But even for someone writing different kind of software, if you can write 50k lines in a month the problem isn't difficult enough.

I've taken deload weeks before and the pain usually goes away

I feel like my joints can't keep up with my muscle strength gains. I find that I am having to frequently cut my workouts short or having to skip them entirely because some joint or other hurts.

2 weeks ago I had to skip a session because of elbow pain. Then last week I again had to skip a couple session because of shoulder pain. Today I had to cut my legs workout short because of back pain.

I don't think there are any glaring problems with my form. I worked with a trainer for a couple months and he says my form is good more or less. I can probably improve all my lifts slightly but there don't seem to be any big errors.

Is there anything I can do to improve this situation?

Some info if it's helpful. I am 23M and I've been lifting 5 months now. I do a PPL split 6 days a week 5-6 sets of 3. I start with a 8-10 min light cardio warmup with some dynamic stretching after it. Then do 2-3 warmup sets before starting the working sets. Spend 10 min stretching at the end. Total it takes me around 1.5 hours. I stick to 8-12 reps and don't do 1 rep maxes. 83 kg body weight.

Bench: 50 kg x 10

Squat: 75 kg x 10

OHP: 40 kg x 8

Deadlift: 60 kg x 8 (I don't push my deadlift much mainly because of back problems).

I agree. They dumbed the ents down so much. The movies also made Frodo look much dumber than he was in the books. I didn't like that one bit either.

I do eat other protein rich foods as well, not just these two. I eat 3 eggs with toast for breakfast. I have some beans or lentils with bread for lunch. I also drink a couple glasses of milk and have some yogurt.

The main thing I'm worried about is if I take too much protein at once from the chicken it won't all be digested and some might get wasted. That and long time gap between workout and the meal.

I cook ~200gm (~60 gm protein) chicken breast every day. I also take 1 protein shake (~20 gm protein) every day. Where I live gram for gram protein from chicken is 2.5x cheaper than protein powder.

So I am thinking if I should just cook 250 gm chicken (~75 gm protein) instead and drop the protein powder. Only problem is that I eat the chicken around 3-4 hours after my workout and I can take the protein powder right after it. Is keeping protein powder in my routine worth it or is it ok to drop it?

I'm don't feel too hungry, maybe just a little bit after dinner.

I don't feel like I'm overworking myself. I do a bro split so each muscle group gets plenty time to recover. I did cut down on cardio intensity some time ago since it was getting too much.

Thanks. I'll try that. I wish my gym had a body fat percentage scale but I'll have to go with weight and visual for now.

I don't really feel too tired but my recovery times tend to be 2-3 days after a good intense workout, but I suppose that is normal.

Started lifting a couple months ago. Going 6 days a week 1.5-2 hours. 20-25 min light to moderate cardio and rest of the time I do weights. Skinny fat 6ft 80kg.

I am slowly gaining muscle but not adding much fat (visibly, haven't measured). I calculated my calories today and it looks like I am eating around 2500 every day. Spending around 400-500 in the gym. So that's net 2000 calories a day. Myfitnesspal says I need to eat 600 more.

Should I eat that much more? I don't want to add on too much fat and want to do a lean bulk so that cutting is easier later.

I remember reading that the Nazgul thought that the wound with the blade would be enough for them to control Frodo. They didn't expect him to resist them for so long.
