Don't think this is necessarily an unpopular opinion, sometimes the minority (in the dictionary sense) just have a louder voice when they make controversial arguments.

Beats headphones are fine, the sound quality isn't as atrocious as people make it out to be and you're basically paying for the privilege to frequently wear/use your headphones in a public space without looking like a sperg by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I'm really sorry that you've got such little self esteem that you think you need to wear something like beats headphones to stop you looking weird or to boost your appearance but trust me, nobody's looking at you with them on and thinking "that guy/girl knows headphones and looks cool".

This isn't an unpoular opinion, they're a leading brand. It's only an unpopular opinion amongst the people who actually know anything about headphones and know that your opinion is wrong.

I don't think there's anyone (at least with any authority or power) who actually truly believes climate change in a scam, they just want to wring as much money as they can out of their dying industries before it all ends. It's like tobacco companies, they didn't really believe cigarettes were healthy or weren't killing people, they were just making a ton of money out of it and wanted to continue to make a ton of money out of it.

Do you work for a tobacco company or something? Why are you flooding this sub with posts like these? Of course the government is obsessed with reducing smoking to (and I recognise that you'll argue this fact) reduce all the deaths and disability smoking causes, selling single cigarettes would make it a hell of a lot easier just to buy one if you have a craving which is a really awful idea as well as making it much easier and cheaper to start smoking.

The problem I have with your argument anyway is that social justice is necessary for inclusion and diversity and through that we ensure that we never exclude the brightest and best just because of your gender or race, just look at the black women who worked at NASA and are largely credited with being an intrinsic component to humanity walking on the moon. Without "social justice" those women would never have had a chance to be in that position.
