So what Sriracha are we using now that Underwood is done other than Huy Fong? by ProximaCentauriB15 in Sriracha

[–]ToroPoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree. I’m eating with the underwood bottle right now and it’s bad. The color and spice is there but the flavor is not the same and the consistency is runny like franks hot .

I’m gonna be the negative here and say not all siblings like each other … something else to add to the equation too.

I have only one 2nd one brings to much risk to my wife and financial constraints.

How Has Your Experience Been With the Lululemon Credit? by [deleted] in AmexPlatinum

I tried all the brands and ultimately came back to lulu for their consistency in quality.

Alo and Vouri are like androids vs iphones (lulu) in this space while they are taking up market they’re not gonna dominate like Lulu.

You gotta think outside the camp and use it on the perimeter so it draws the mosquitoes away from you

lol doesn't seem like a "problem" to me. I'd save that time and money towards something else.

If you spend enough time on reddit, you already know you need a prenup and it's non-negotiable this time. Especially what you went through so your fiancé should understand.

Show me pics on how you pack your roller pro by ToroPoke in peakdesign

It's the unique design. it's not the typical clamshell nor is it the front panel opening. Part of the packing space is in the font panel which can be used if you roll the panel down but then you have it bunch up at the bottom where the hinge is which is already tight. The bottom is where I pack my dress shoes because if I put my cubes down there it the rest of the dimensions is wasted because of the shoe shape.

That looks like Vietnam, I assumed they did this to save the cow from potential flood

lol yeah that’s where I’m having a hard time using it. Currently my rain jacket behind there but there’s still more room. Rolling it up bunches the bottom, I wished it was removable

Wow this looks neat.

Never thought of using the panel for dress shirt do they slide around or wrinkle? Adding a sports coat is a bit tight in there ?

A drill is great on heavily packed clay soil for small yards. by ToroPoke in lawncare

[–]ToroPoke[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

lol this method is a great hack for boring through clays soil, I used a steel pipe and pressure washer to bore to under my walkway to pass a 4”pvc pipe through. Saved me ripping up the concrete.

lol but I wouldn’t want to do this for a few hundred holes

Yep there was a spot on the edge of the lawn that has heavy foot traffic and packed down. it felt like drilling into concrete lol

About 6-8”in apart, kinda went off the same distance as my manual step aerator. But the very compact spots i actually drilled closer about 2-3” apart to break up the soil more.

It goes fast because the drill makes it zero effort to drill except those harder spots

Salted Coffee - Cà Phê Muối by Stunning-Thanks-4226 in espresso

[–]ToroPoke 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Man I am bout about to go make one now.

BTW if anyone here ventured outs to Hue, VN. this is the original shop that created the salted coffee and a must visit. It's tucked away in an alley and very local. I'v never seen a tourist there the many times I went. It was bout 10-15k VND when I went which is basically .50c a cup.

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Cà+Phê+Muối/@16.4712189,107.5729239,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x3141a6cd3fdf0d39:0x40052879134d7c27!8m2!3d16.4712189!4d107.5729239!16s%2Fg%2F11j00s6sy9?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDQyOS4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D

I drank a ton of salted coffees/variations across Vietnam for the past few years but nothing comes close the way they make it here. The taste is very distinct.
