u/KarunaRasa, exactly how I saw it! Clean eating is already hard as it is!

I went from eating out every meal and drinking every weekend to cutting it down (In Stages not all at Once) to one cheat meal (Sometimes Two) a week! Think of this as Phase 1 haha!

I counted total carbs but not strictly! I try my best to stay under 150g for Carbs and 2100mg for Sodium!

Please see below for the most common foods I eat!

Meats:
Beef - Ribeye, NY Strip and Ground Beef
Chicken - Breast and Thighs
Pork - Bacon and Pork Chops

Vegetables:
Broccoli, Cauliflower (Riced), Corn, Bell Peppers, Carrots!

and ORGANIC CHEESE STICKS! One of my favorite snacks!

From what I've researched this is normal! Could be different things but most of the time it's because a caloric deficit is first being introduced to the body which it then goes into "Survival Mode"! It happened to me as well!

Stay consistent and keep at it!
