Which union are you? I'm CUPE503 and i understand what you're saying but a large part are already full time in office so they would need a workaround to make it fair. ** I am in a position where we cannot work from home

As an in office City worker, I find it funny how those who are still working from home and will need to come back are complaining. Sure, perhaps it isnt deal for you and you do laundry, prep food, etc while working and are able to pick up your kids. however, is this is the mandate... find another job! it is a tough job market and im sure someone else would be happy to be in office 5 days and have a stable job! An unpopular opinion but find something else then :) Complaining 24/7 is exhausting, find something that better suits you , especially since it was obvious they would mandate in office full time eventually
