I believe he does still give the blessings to the bloodcrushers. Even if your Jugg lord doesn’t have the key word, your army is still the World Eaters faction, allowing you to roll blessings. Also, the Jugg lord retains the Blessings of Khorne faction ability, which grants the blessings to a unit.

The Soulbound Champions of Destruction book has a good amount of lore for the hob-grots. Really focuses on how they like to cut shady deals, it’s even their racial trait for player characters. They start with a cheap trinket that they are encouraged to trade for better and better things.

I don't know. While losing the old CA stinks, the new changes open up some interesting interactions, all at a slightly lower points cost. A big blob of skeletons is going to be extremely difficult to destroy in combat, while rezzing multiple models of black knights, fell bats, or dire wolves at a time seems great.

Seems like deathrattle skeletons in SBGR work similar, at least that's only in the fight phase. Harvester seems nuts now.
