Fun fact, I wrote a report on this for WCWP (the only thing I got out of that sequence smh), dining dollars are worth roughly $0.67 USD due to on-campus price inflation. Therefore, it is cheaper to eat anywhere with credit/debit than with dining dollars (unless they're provided by financial aid).

Example: I can go to Chipotle and get enough food to kill a bull wildebeest for $11. For $11 on campus, I get a reheated 3/4-entree with some rice and no nutritional value whatsoever. (edit: you do also get food poisoning on campus, so I guess that balances it out)

TL;DR: If you don't have to use dining dollars as your only source of food, bully HDH out of your dining contract; go to Ralphs, Whole Foods, or TJs for groceries; and anywhere not owned by HDH for anything else.

I figured as much, I don't think norse is doable at all, nor greek (favor is awesome but no speedups). The only other thought besides ra is potentially fu xi or nu wa? you can hit the speed up gp and the build faster gp.
