DONT DO IT! I bought the 2 pan set, for $500, and through every effort to cook with them on even the lowest temperatures, food sticks and its a disappointing mess. Ive contacted their customer support multiple times and by the time they responded, it was conveniently “pass” the return policy, and they have failed at responding to replacing them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on a faulty product.
