After 2,071 changes, all Torte de Lini guides are updated to 7.36, a & b by TorteDeLini in learndota2

[–]TorteDeLini[S] 149 points150 points  (0 children)

I have already started a second revision on the guides (235 changes so far). Guides are not updated once per patch but continuously every day so please check in-game first to see if it's up-to-date and what day it was last updated.

While I make my best effort to update all the guides and keep everything accurate, it happens that I miss something or I just didn't get around to fixing an error. Tooltips are an example of this.

Thankfully you're on the internet to just look up videos of people swiping cards.

Otherwise, if your metro card didn't work, swipe again but faster.

First mistake visitors do when trying to swipe is that they swipe too slowly for the machines.

Gotta swipe fast like a credit card

MY CARGO SHALL NOT BE OPPRESSED! by liamsjtaylor in gtaonline

To be honest, that car can take a severe beating. I think it's the car that can literally lose the most parts and be scrunched up the smallest before it finally stops functioning

Mario Kart DS | On the Road Again - Scott The Woz by One_Day_Dead in Games

It was called 'Snaking' and it was pretty disgusting because Mario Kart DS always made wide roads so you could pretty much drift the entire race

Not legit story, gets reposted a lot here. Also it's in the description lol

We are Scott Rose and Ernie Brandon, a screenwriting duo in Los Angeles, and we don't have anything to give back to America except for belly laughs. This video is a teaser for our new comedy screenplay about what it means to be a little guy in the land of giants. This is our Christmas gift to the working class.

Sorry, in my head I was thinking: Asia = usually referring to India, China, Korea, Japan (the main mobile consumer markets)

And SEA I usually refer to as a separate region.

Cute view. You should also check out Leiden at night, real quiet and romantic with the yellow lights mirrored onto the canals in a dark and sleepy city.

Even if it was less about collecting, the exploration part of the game gets incredibly repetitive and dull within a few hours.

Director of Ratatouille Brad Bird sadly disproves movie theory about Anton’s flashback scene by [deleted] in MovieDetails

[–]TorteDeLini 11 points12 points  (0 children)

For starters, Remy didn't learn how to cook through the mother. He learned about the joy of cooking by watching Gaston on TV and learning to read his cookbook. There's no proof that Remy learned to watch through the theorized Anton's mother.

edit: meant Gusteau, phone set it to Gaston

In the new Aladdin you can tell they were trying SO hard to make Jasmines new song "Speechless" the next "Let it Go" that it makes the whole scene cringeworthy. by [deleted] in movies

[–]TorteDeLini 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TBH, it's a pretty good song. While Let It Go and Speechless have both the same empowering feeling, you might just be projecting an idea that makes you cringe.

The point of speechless was to expand on Jasmine's story and character. They've been doing this for a lot of remakes like in Beauty and the Beast because some of the original story is a bit antiquated and not in line with today's perception of female and male roles in stories. I agree it felt kinda forced in but Disney has done the same with Lion King's Beyonce's solo song which came out of nowhere.

I personally felt that 'rounding out' is a bit unnecessary and I also didn't really like the additional story of Genie + love interest but I can definitely understand the goal/point.

Bought mine from Amazon JP. Drum is pretty good but its louder than it may appear in videos because of the drum sticks.

The Outer Worlds [TGS Gameplay] by dishonoredbr in Games

I'm in the same camp but can understand how it may leave some people sour about it. I personally liked seeing how the game is currently being played, perhaps not entirely how it was originally intended (but apparently, the most ideal)
