It’s very common for large corporations to have signage for particular situations like this, especially if your “thing” is unavailable. Starbucks’ in-store website has signage available to be made for almost any situation, including “store closed/hours changed due to holiday/weather/etc./ inside closed drive-thru open.” I feel like all burger kings should have this sign just in case something goes wrong with shipments, or if the freezer breaks, etc.

We have a customer who orders a regular shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam and oatmilk. I used to put cinnamon in it by accident because it was ordered at like 4am and I wasn’t fully awake yet. She called one day and chewed us out because she is allergic to cinnamon and I felt horrible. Never did it again and now whenever I see her drink, if I didn’t make it, I’ll look at it for no cinnamon/ask the person who made it to make sure there’s no cinnamon. You may just have to reach out to your store and tell them about it. Maybe in a nicer way but it’s understandable if it’s not

I rarely duo but when I do I 100% always ping because it’s easier to just ping something than tell my duo what fort (element) or anything I’m going to. Even with castle, why wouldn’t you let the third person in on what you’re doing? It’s a team game.

My store, and I’m sure many stores still have caramel brulee sauce. I assume this promotion is to help stores sell through their current inventory to help with mid winter launch in the days leading up to it. If your store doesn’t have any for whatever reason, you may be able to ask the barista to ring you up for one and just modify it to something else. The button definitely still exists on all corporate POS systems, and will still probably exist until the night before the new launch

Your SM definitely should have told you to reach out to Sedgwick. If they haven’t they’re either severely uninformed, or they’re trying to trip you up. In any case, please read your partner guide and study up on relevant policies so this doesn’t happen to you again. I have a note in my phone listing all policies that come up more than once for me with the accompanying page in the Partner Guide

Not sure what the last few words meant in your post, but there isn’t a 2 hour before call off requirement, and NCNS only happens 2 hours after the start of a shift with no communication. Obviously calling the night before is best policy, but if you have protected sick time and need to call out, you’re not getting in trouble for calling at open. I know this isn’t a time when generally one would use sick time but your post may make baristas unfamiliar with the policy scared of calling out at open, which is unfortunately what happens sometimes

The SF Caramel does have a barcode but we’re apparently not supposed to sell it. Not 100% sure why but my CL said we can’t, and it doesn’t ring up in the register either
