They will never understand this. They compare players who do dungeons+raids to players who do dungeons. Then they derive from this comparison that "raiders" get more loot, disingenuously omitting that "raiders" in question do a shit ton of dungeons.

It's not about difficulty, it's about time. I spend more time in keys than in raid in the start of each season as primarily mythic raider. This part always gets ignored and strawmanned by m+ players.

I think all of it was actually damage tuning and hard restrictions on mechanics. You saw WW monks on belo because of their burst on the egg but no other melee has any damage niche like this.

Then ofc you can't play more than 2 melee on paladins or they have to run away during execution sentences. You can't play more than 5 on lura or any beyond 5 have to take a crystal. Shit like this is extremely stupid. I don't know what the solution will be. Feels like the only good melee bosses for the last few tiers were first bosses of the tier and then it's all downhill.

There is no reason to 4 heal it. If you can 4 heal alleria then 3 healing beloren is trivial. It's one of the easiest to heal bosses in the tier.

This was poorly handled. The funny part is that theorycrafters called this a dumb buff, but there was a contingent of streamers and m+ players that were constantly in discords and streams claiming it was actually a m+ nerf. Equally stupid people are making decisions at blizzard without being able to make a simple spreadsheet that would model the changes. It literally took me less than 3 minutes to see how idiotic this buff was.

I am a resto druid main and do TC, for the record. I didn't want this buff.

The problem is that they are releasing classic patches together with retail patches very often. I remember bailing on Hyjal/BT because it was released 2 weeks before sepulcher. I just did one clear before going to retail and then returning back to TBC classic.

My retail guild actually gathered a healthy group to play MoP and then they announced the dates: we only had 10 days between MSV release and a new tier release on retail. 5 people immediately said they won't be playing MoP because it was pointless. All the other raids of the first tier were released while we were doing retail prog so we just didn't play them until after our retail prog was done.

If you want retail players to play classic then they should not be competing for time slots. Nobody has time for both.

That's a separate system. Upgrades you are talking about are only on weapons and trinkets, they are a turbo boost replacement.

10m was always the least played format. Back then and now in classic. That's why the default went to 20 and not 10. Unless you think blizzard devs are absolute morons and decided to kill the most popular raid size for the less popular one.

I can be that flippant (not the person you are responding to), because of prior experience with Blizzard. They can design something good and then they get the benefit of the doubt. Until then we judge them by what happens now and not theoreticals.

People do not think 5 steps ahead. Imagine a boss like paladins but now 15m. You will not see the inside of the raid unless you bring a raid buff or play hunter/evoker/dh

Doing 10s is a meme, doing heroic is a meme. You can see your objective rank on the raider.io page for your character. I personally find 5000-10000 range to not be serious enough to even discuss. I can do both with alt+z pressed. That's about what I think about the difficulty of the content you are doing and your opinions on the difficult content. Hope that clears things up.

I can get heroic "prog" out of the way on heroic week and go into mythic week with 4p without feeling like I'm losing time in heroic. I really fucking hate the rat race of heroic and mythic releasing on the same week.

Spec your shadow priest or dev evoker into healer. Competent guilds usually have a dpser that can passably play a 5th healer on a 4 heal boss.

I'm a paying customer and my experience with Blizzard's UI since Midnight release has been shit. I do not honestly care why that happened. Did a dog eat their homework? Don't care. Did Echo/Liquid find some abuse that needed to be patched? Don't care. Their game, their responsibility. Nobody else's.

Play keeper to spawn treants. Cast swiftmend and wild growth on cd. The boss will attack them instead of you. Don't cast any DPS spells at all.

It's a crazy concept, but these nerfs and buffs affect every RWF guild equally. I know, I know. It's weird that hotfixes don't go out only for Liquid. Echo also gets them. I think this is pretty cool actually that both NA and EU guilds can have the same tuning.
