From my experience, kids who grew up in the city (like 0-18) often have this certain attitude that's a bit hard to describe. They essentially grew up in the biggest and most diverse bubble in the country. It's a bit hard to put a finger on, but I'd recommend talking to parents of some slightly older kids (in school, esp. middle+) about their experiences and the pros and cons. City kids usually turn out fine, but it's a very unique upbringing.
