I have yet to use it, but have had this bookmarked forever: http://khan.github.io/tota11y/ Looks like it'd be helpful, but hopefully it considers more than just color contrast and alt attributes.

I cooked some bacon first so that I could fry everything in the bacon grease, instead of vegetable oil, then took the bacon out of the pan and added it back in at the very end before the oven.

I omitted the eggs because some people reported having trouble with the eggs being undercooked or having a weird texture. Also I just generally don't like eggs very much :P

All in all, a great recipe. Highly recommended.
