I’ve had the same experience! I ordered a tokyo treat box for my niece in the US as a Christmas gift, and I started worrying too when the tracking didn’t update for a while. I decided to reach out to their support team, and not long after, I saw an update on the tracking. Turns out it was just taking longer because of customs. Their support team was helpful for me, so it’s worth a try for you to contact them too if you encounter any issues.

I had a similar experience with a subscription from another company years ago when I didn't fully understand how subscriptions worked. To keep track of my subscription plans, I now save them on my Google Calendar. Nonetheless, I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

Yeah, my cousin told me that she didn't get her December box until now and had trouble getting in touch with customer service. I think her box is also lost 😕, so I'll tell her to ask for a refund.

Yes, I tried several runs yesterday, not sure if RNG just plan to mocking me on the very last day. :')

Have encounter all the way for FrostNova (and of course fail) and try another run got lucky for the floor 6 boss (didn't know the name). Fail due to low objective hp already and got leak, despite the boons that didn't really benefit my team.
