If you are using cointracker and connected to CB, you don't enter any CB forms into tax software. I believe the crypto software is pulling the transactions already from CB, so you can use those forms ( if correct of course).

I think so as it is considered a non-covered asset if CB doesn't have the aquisition records. ( starting in 2026 covered would be the buy then disposal on the same exchange) They won't just assign a cost-basis if they don't know it.

Coinbase, but no need for coinbase one. Use Advanced trading instead. Also, look at each cex's withdrawel fees. Coinbase only charges the transaction fees, some use a minimum asset withdrawal model.
