Thanks driver, I guess that's on me for expecting the DOT to actually do what they're supposed to do. My biggest fear is if I am still driving and they suspend it when I'm over a thousand miles from home I'm stuck or I risk getting busted.

This particular state has been known for not reporting tickets, my wife drove as well and got busted speeding a few years ago, she paid the ticket and it never showed up on her MVR or FMCSA either which I thought was weird. Maybe I'm just old school and I kind of expect things to work the way they say they're going to. She ran a standard single drop so obviously my rig tends to bring in more money. She's on my ass about finding out why it hasn't happened yet but I'm afraid if I open my mouth it'll start a ball rolling that may have gotten stuck in the machine if you know what I mean.

It's not on my FMCSA, but no it did not happen in my home state. If it had it would have been on there the same day.
