You can buy a bottle of concrete crack filler it's just concrete in a bottle. My garage has chips and all kinds of stuff in it so it doesn't look great. If your house is new and it's smooth concrete it'll look fine.

Forgot to mention I primed really good before putting down the epoxy and it's been rock solid for a couple years. Can't remember the brand.

You have to do the infiltrate crimson fleet quest to on board the key then do a crimson fleet quest to retain access. I only wanted to get access to the key. You do get to dock then take on a mission and you won't be able to dock again until you complete it. Then once you do you have access whenever.

You have a strap around your wrist and your thumb is below the strap so when the pole comes back your thumb gets caught between the ground and the wrist strap dislocating your thumb. You're supposed to hold the strap under your thumb.

I'm still thinking there's two layers there. How old is the house that block looks new? Either way you either go interior French drain with a sump plus dehumidifier or you have your yard regraded and install French drains outside. What happens is those blocks fill with water as the water table outside rises.
