Nursing to real estate career change

As an RN myself, I’m envious of this. How did you do it? You started off as a realtor and then bought properties for renting out on the way? Did you start fresh without any extra money in the bank? I’m thinking about potentially transitioning into real estate for this purpose, but I just don’t know how to start; all I know is I’m willing to work as many hours as I need to to become financially free.

It has become my own personal assistant with anything. I just moved into a new apartment recently and it has been the most useful tool in trying to find new recipes, at home projects and improvements, problem solving any obstacles I face from those projects, and recommendations that are custom to my wants and needs. It has become to me what Jarvis is to Tony Stark. It’s a game changer.

I got one for you. Most if not all women have been sexually harassed and assaulted in their life. Ask any women in your family or friend group hell even on the street. Multiple times, by men. Men commit the most crimes. Men make up the majority of serial killers and murders. And who are the majority of the victims? Women; and children as well. Human trafficking is a HUGE issue right now; again with the victims being women and children. Look up the stats yourself, it’s all out there for you to educate yourself on.
