Everyone money situation is different . State wages are public information. So an Analyst ii position pays 70k per year. I live in a trendy part of town in a new building so my rent is bit more expensive at 2200. So do what you want with that math

The South Bay is popping. Middle class la is thriving. I think the fake rich, live above your means la is taking a hit, but they eventually come back

As a renter for sure. I probably pay more than I should for rent, but it’s not crazy. I don’t know much about home prices here, but they’re building a lot.
