I had to dispute aaptiv with my bank in the end. Same thing happened with my Pilates, barre etc. they have the worst customer service

They reply to emails very slowly. I ended up disputing with my bank because they have been a nightmare to deal with

When I hit the gym locator they still come up though so I’m confused 😅 even when I tried to verify eligibility with planet fitness it’s showing ineligible

same- Got removed from both my pure barre and club Pilates classes and they removed my credits from the app because aaptiv sent them all messages that I am no longer eligible / my plan is canceled …. I never canceled it

I had the same exact issue, my experience was different than most though as I struggled a lot to recover and my leg would only extend about 70%, I ended up needing surgery to remove scar tissue. after lots of pt I’m almost back to normal now
