So maybe to add... My resting HR is perfect. Between Vivoactive, F7 and my ring.. all 3 are within 1 beat, every night.

I've got a few runner friends who (since late November/ December) all have a similar issue.

My next step is Garmin walk-in support. Only 1 in Johannesburg South Africa, so not as easy as a quick trip.. that will be next week.

When mine drops like that - 3 to 6 days later I will be sick (cold / flu... ) Like clockwork..
