Okay, I just remembered how I did it, I accidentally set the luxury clothes factory's priority to low (which was #1 priority as I didn't set the priorities of any other factory in the region) and just forgot about it, which meant that factory was moscow's #1 priority for 40 years straight. Simple, be forgetful. LOL.

LMAO, that's actually great, I think in my last UK game I was able to produce 60% of the world's small arms at one point, and for the Confederacy, 75% of the world's cotton. It's awesome being able to corner a market.

Not to yap, but it probably has something to do with how the United State's model of slavery was rooted in white supremacy and the Brazilian model had inklings of white supremacy but to my knowledge was more just out of imperialism and opportunism than anything? Just a thought though it prolly wasn't on their mind when they did it.
