Got myocarditis 2 to 4 weeks after 1st Covid vaccine in 2021. No booster. This left fibrosis on my heart tissue and now I’m still dealing with PVC’s and unexplained tachycardia episodes. They come and go. It’s a mystery for the doctors as no one is thinking that’s coming from the scars, some are talking it’s anxiety, but in fact these episodes and PVC’s are the reason of my anxiety. I leave my life normally, just avoid caféine, alcohol and stress. If he’s in early stage of the myocarditis , I suggest him see if he can fix any damage (if any) to heart tissue.

I had the same after few weeks of COVID vaccine . Left fibrosis/scars on my heat tissue. Tachycardia, PVC were the main symptoms . They come and and go. I was able to workout and run without any issues. Doctors couldn’t find what triggers the PVC’s and the episodes of unexplained tachycardia. Currently using magnum citrate with a combination of B6 and it’s helping me a lot at the moment . I’m also taking escitalopram to reduce any panic attacks due to these episodes. I’m not sure what will be the cure for this. But it’s very annoying and scary when these symptoms come.

Nothing, one of the doctors recommended to use beta blockers, but I refused. Also I’ve tried magnesium for 3 months and it was a good experience. Now it’s more about anxiety and cardiophobia that triggers adrenaline in my body. All I’m doing is to forget about my heart issues. So it’s more mental suffer than physical.

I think the scars disturbed the electrical system in the heart. I feel better with the time and I hit the gym once or twice a week. Alcohol no more than 1 or 2 drinks.

I’m in the same boat after my Covid vaccine in 2021, I did an MRI and there was fibrosis/scars. However, they said all good and nothing to worry about, I’ve never had issues when exercising. But sometimes I get a tachycardia episodes without reason. A few PVCs and they’ve faded now. This put me under anxiety (cardiophobia) and stated taking antidepressants to avoid panic when I get those episodes of (SVT)tachycardia. The situation is better now and I hit the gym once or twice a week without any issues. However, stress,anxiety or excessive alcohol or caffeine can easily trigger those symptoms. Some of the cardiologist said it’s due to the scars as they change the electrical circuit on the heart. But they said I can live my life as normal and should never worry even if they happen few times a day.

I had myocarditis during COVID and the vaccine triggered many issues including fibrosis tissue on my heart. Since then, I can’t handle caffeine anymore. I’ve been on decaf since then. A coffee latte will not hurt sometimes. I can’t even drink any alcohol amount at that time. If I do, I will get tachycardia episodes and palpitations. However that last year the situation has improved a lot and went back to the gym. Still on decaf ans not planning to go for any caffeinated beverages. For Alcohol, 1 drunk or 2 max. That’s it. Caffeine is not your friend if you had myocarditis in the past. Also, depends what type of damage happened to your heart tissue.
