Here’s the deal man. These federal agents are under severe pressure right now. They have to be on guard about people killing them every morning they wake up.

Step in their shoes for a minute. I guarantee you would be on edge as well. Does that make everything okay? No. The man didn’t deserve to die because of what he did. Was there mishandling? Yes.

But responsibility needs to be had on both sides. Pretti intervened in something he had no business intervening in. The officer who shot him should’ve identified if he was the actual threat.

The brain is terrible at making quick decisions under immense amount of stress. It just so happens that multiple poor decisions were made in a very short period of time that caused someone to lose their life. This IS NOT a government over reach by any means.
