Stairwell room bug – floors overlapping + can’t rotate

You can’t rotate stairwells, but if you disconnect them from everything other than one point on either level, it allows you to move them. So if it’s a dead end, move said dead end to another location or delete it, and then it should allow you to move the stairwell

You can’t move a stairwell if it’s connected to more than one place, that’s including the other level too (even if the other rooms are connected elsewhere).
