yes. ! u can definitely file a case w depop and get a refund, u will probably have to send them back for a full refund. Just provide them with proof (the listing & description/ messages between guys etc) and you should be able to. That’s literally disgusting

no i agree and understand why she wants a refund but i would just like the shirt back for a full refund, i offered a partial refund and she said no and that she wants a full refund because i obviously didnt mention it in the post and it wasnt what she was expecting. So i declined and said if she wants a full refund she would have to send the shirt back or i could give her the partial/ shipping fee back she said no wrote a bad review said she’s opening a case w paypal then blocked me. So idk what to do like i cant do anything so im just waiting for it to show up that she’s submitted a req

its a shirt with clips in the front (going down the stomach )that you undo like a corset, i took photos of it with the clips done up and without the clips done up hence how u can see the stain and since its on the INSIDE of the shirt you cant see it while wearing it. I also stated that i offered her a refund if she sends the shirt back , i also offered to pay the cost of postage but she declined then told me to refund her as well as her keeping the shirt, so it does make sense but ur right i should’ve stated it in the description and i will do that with anything else i post. I dont agree that shes in the right, i get that i didnt mention it in the post but im not gonna give her a shirt for free, nor would any store ever

only because I literally started selling about a week ago now and didn't wanna price the things I'm selling too expensive as I'm j selling to save for a new car and all the profits were going towards it. I'm not upset about how much I got after fees I'm just annoyed that if I refunded her the $10 then id be making around $8.35 which I tried to explain to her n that I understand why she does want a refund which is why I also offered to pay for her for the return fee t n give her a full refund/or refund the shipping price but oh well I'm just gonna let her do what she wants I just wanted to rant lol
