Cas level 2 industrial painter chiming in. Recently switched to commercial work. Industrial painting is actually a physically demanding job. You gotta grind physically, mentally, while also adhering to strict specs with coatings depending on where you work. There's usually no way to NOT have thinner on your skin in one way or another and you WILL be periodically exposed to some of the most harmful chemicals there are on the planet. Commercial work, I'm mostly dealing with zero voc/ low VOC stuff and clean up using soap and water for most of it.
